Terms of Service

  • Payment and Cancellation Policy:

    • In order to hold a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of rental equipment

    • Agree to provide at least ten days’ notice to Magical Moments Softplay Rentals in the event of a cancellation of the planned activities. Failure to notify will result in a cancellation charge of $50 on orders under $400 and for orders over $400 there will be a $100 cancellation charge for a single unit rental. If the balance has been paid in full regardless of the cancellation term you will be issued a rain check that is good for a year from the party date.

    • In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, renters may cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations, any payments made will be applied to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available or a rain check will be issued. There will be NO refunds.

  • Any changes to a reservation can be made up to one week before the event. However, if the desired rentals are available, there will be an additional fee of $50 for the change request.

  • Rental receive complementary delivery for locations within a 20-mile radius of downtown Greenville, SC. An additional fee of $50 will apply for locations outside of this range.

  • All rentals are for same-day pickup.

  • Our standard rental service duration is 4 hours unless quoted otherwise.

  • Rental reservation setup will be done 1-2 hours in advance of the event, and breakdown will be completed no later than 9:00 PM EST.

  • Each package can be reconfigured to fit your space please discuss with us before booking to ensure your customized package fits the allotted space.

  • While we do not charge a standard breakage fee on our rentals, you may incur additional charges for broken, stained or missing items upon pick up.

  • Please review the guidelines when setting the softplay space outdoors:

    • We do not set up on dirt, sand, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces.

    • The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe.

    • Softplay equipment must be set up in a shaded area or under a canopy to protect the play equipment and prevent it from getting hot for the kids.

    • For the safety of our guests and employees we will not set up outdoors if rain or inclement weather is in the forecast.

    • Party host should plan to reschedule in advance or set up indoors if possible.

    • If you are hosting the event at a park or event center it is your responsibility to verify our equipment is allowed on the premises.

  • Agree to provide a safe environment for the use of all items being rented by ensuring continuous supervision by competent adults. Agree to take full responsibility to follow the "rules of use" operation instructions and setup requirements and take all precautions to protect the equipment from damage and misuse, and to protect any anticipated user of any rented equipment or any person that may reasonably be in the immediate area of the rented equipment while in use.

  • Understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through the rental of an inflatable , interactive softplay equipment, activity equipment and/or any other items being rented, brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to myself, my guests, and to my invitees. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing, colliding, burning, cutting, broken bones, and could result in injuries to eyes, nose, mouth, or limbs, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself and/or my guest and invitees.

  • Agree to hold harmless and indemnify Magical Moments Softplay Rentals and their representatives for damages or injury to persons and property resulting from the use and rental of equipment. In the event Magical Moments Softplay Rentals should institute suit in court in connection with any disputed matter relative to this contract, or in the event a suit is brought against Magical Moments Softplay Rentals, arising out the use and rental of any equipment provided pursuant to this contract , shall be liable for all attorney fees and costs incurred.

  • Agree that in the event of an accident, injury, or emergency, operations will cease immediately and contact Magical Moments Softplay Rentals promptly after any necessary emergency action is taken. Magical Moments Softplay can be contacted directly at 864-402-3011. If there are any questions or concerns about the equipment the renter agrees to contact immediately.

  • Understand that although Magical Moments Softplay Rentals carries a general liability insurance policy, renters should in no way rely upon said insurance to provide any coverage for any accident or injury caused by the use of any Magical Moments Softplay Rentals rented equipment.

  • Acknowledge that in the event any rental equipment is damaged or destroyed, renters are liable for its repair or replacement cost.

  • Renter is responsible to ensure that sufficient grounded electrical outlets are available within 100 feet of each piece of equipment as applicable. Extension cords provided by Magical Moments Softplay Rentals may only power equipment. Generators are available at an additional charge if electrical availability is a concern.

  • Acknowledge that landscaping, yards, decorative lawn fixtures, or other related items may be damaged as a result of the use of any equipment Magical Moments Softplay Rentals provides pursuant to this contract.

  • Agree and authorize Magical Moments Softplay Rentals to access their equipment on our property provided on the rental contract. Renters will give specific details of where the rental equipment shall be placed. In the event that the location is not suitable, renters agree to pay a relocation fee of up to $200 to be determined on the travel distance and labor of the return trip.

  • In addition to all rules and provisions set forth here above, the following applies specifically to inflatable units:

    • Inflatables must be set up over a smooth, flat surface. The area must be clear of rocks, debris, animal waste, and other objects, which may interfere with the use of or damage equipment. The unit must always have a minimum clearance of 5 feet on all sides. By agreeing, you are releasing Magical Moments Softplay Rentals from any liability regarding any damage that may occur to water, sewer, drainage, gas lines, etc. You as a renter are responsible for instructing any representative of Magical Moments Softplay Rentals to any obstructions or buried lines in or around the set-up area and is in no way held liable for damage or repair.

    • If equipment must be placed on hard surfaces such as concrete, blacktop, or a gymnasium floor, Magical Moments Softplay Rentals must be notified in advance. This is to ensure proper availability of weights, surface padding and overall suitability.

    • Equipment must be anchored prior to use. Anchors may not be moved or adjusted by anyone other than Magical Moments Softplay Rentals personnel. Equipment shall not be relocated during the activities unless prior notice is given and its representatives are afforded an opportunity to move the equipment as deemed necessary and feasible.

    • If it is found that any bounce house is NOT being supervised according to the rules and guidelines listed; Magical Moments Softplay Rentals reserves the right to pick up equipment immediately with no refund due to the customer.

    • Use caution when sliding down any of the water slides. DO NOT JUMP from the top or bounce on the top of the slide platform. Always sit down and slide from the face forward position. DO NOT go down face first on your belly, DO NOT go down backwards. One person down the slide at a time, make sure one person is going up the stairs at a time.

    • A dry unit MUST stay dry. If it is found that you have used water on a unit that you rented dry there will be a $150 cleaning charge immediately charged to your credit card on file.

    • ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND IN OR AROUND THE RENTED UNIT.
