  • How do I Book with Magical Moments Softplay Rentals?

    Navigate to Contact and complete the required information to submit for a quote or book now directly on the website if you know exactly what you need for your magical moment.

  • Can I make changes to my Booking?

    Customer may ONLY add items to their Booking subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed. Customer acknowledges that any changes to their booking after the first 24 hours is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 6 months from when the original booking was placed.

  • What surrounding areas do you service in the Upstate?

    We service greater Greenville, which includes the cities of Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Fountain Inn, Mauldin, as well as Anderson, Pickens, and Spartanburg counties.

  • Do you charge delivery fees?

    Rental orders receive complementary delivery within a 20 mile radius of downtown Greenville, SC. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for anything outside of these parameters.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept Credit / Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.

    50% deposit of your total order is due upon booking, the balance is required a week before delivery.

  • Do you setup and breakdown rental products?

    Yes, setup and breakdown will be provided for all rental products.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your rental by notifying us at rentals@magicalmomentssoftplay.com no later than 5:00 PM EST on the date you place the booking.

  • What is your rental period?

    Rentals are quoted for same day pickup. If you need it longer, please let us know and we will be glad to update your quote.

    We offer a standard 4 hour rental for all of our products and services from the start time of your event.

    Setup 1-2 hours before start time of event, final breakdown no later than 9:00 PM EST.

  • What happens if any of the rental products are damaged?

    While we do not charge a standard breakage fee on our rentals, you may incur additional charges for broken, stained or missing items upon pick up.

  • What happens if I don't use part of my rental order?

    There is no refund for unused rental products already in your possession.

  • What are the main rules?

    Remove shoes before entering play area.

    No drinks or food in softplay area and bounce houses.

    No face paint, slime, glitter, bubbles or sharp objects.

    Adult supervision is required.

    Additional rules are outlined in our terms of service / rental agreement.

  • Do you set up indoor/outdoor?

    We can set up indoor or outdoor so you can celebrate, regardless of the weather.

    Each package has a minimum size recommended for set up and can be reconfigured to fit your space. Please discuss with us before booking to ensure your package fits the allotted space.

    Please review the guidelines when setting the play space outdoors.

    We do not set up on dirt, sand, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces.

    The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe.

    Softplay equipment must be set up in a shaded area or under a canopy to protect the play equipment and prevent it from getting hot for the kids.

    For the safety of our guests and employees we will not set up outdoors if rain or inclement weather is in the forecast.

    Party host should plan to reschedule in advance or set up indoors if possible.

    If you are hosting the event at a park or event center it is your responsibility to verify our equipment is allowed on the premises.
